Story featuring Oswald the Rabbit

Storyline: After Floyd and Lloyd ask for and receive an advance on their allowance for ice-cream sodas, and ask for another advance in order to see a movie, Oswald resolves to teach the boys how to "enjoy life without spending a lot of money". He takes them on a drive in the country, for a peaceful picnic and fishing day, which ends up costing him far more than ice-cream sodas and a movie.
