Lynn and Payback escape from VIGIL and an ever more unstable Blackwell. Dean reveals his plan for creating an army of Punishers to honor a fallen hero. Jimmy acts as the Punisher for the Mob and is mistaken for the true Punisher. Meanwhile, Castle is in a small town jail arrested as a vagrant.
