Storyline: Peter decides that it would be good for his public image to go on a TV talk show. Unfortunately he chooses a network where Max Dillon [Electro] works. In collusion with Jameson, Electro attacks Spider-Man live on stage. Spider-Man defeats him, but it is a Pyrrhic victory; Peter is as beat up as Max.
