Storyline

Storyline
Rex Tyler visits an orphanage and tries to impress the kids with several scientific experiments, and all are impressed...that is, except one, who is suddenly kidnapped by thugs. But when the Hourman tries to rescue the young boy, he refuses to be saved and seems to want to have a ransom paid for his safe return!
