Story Featuring Batman

The Masquerader's gang of crooks keep trying to destroy Batman's costume. It's a ploy to force him to wear a new costume which will constrict and eventually kill him. The Masquerader is eventually revealed to be Batman's tailor Sam Tweed, who devised the deadly costume.
Page 6 is a 2/3-page and page 15 is a 1/2-page.
Story Featuring Robin
Dick's date with Sandy is interrupted by a gang from a rival school who try to crash the Gotham school dance. Meanwhile, someone is blackmailing the school's administrator to force him to break off talks with the teacher's union.
