Storyline: The Masquerader's gang of crooks keep trying to destroy Batman's costume. It's a ploy to force him to wear a new costume which will constrict and eventually kill him. The Masquerader is eventually revealed to be Batman's tailor Sam Tweed, who devised the deadly costume.
