Paul Gambi is revealed as the tailor for the super-villains. The name is taken from contemporary fan Paul Gambaccini. "Gambo" as he is sometimes referred to, is now a respected broadcaster in the U.K. holding dual U.K/U.S. nationality. Story in two chapters of 7.67 and 4.67 pages.
