The original Gil Kane version of this cover had the Outcast as villain, but was rejected by the Comics Code as being too frightening. The Juggernaut's face replaced the Outcast, and is likely a Werner Roth stat with Romita touch-ups. Iceman is also redrawn/revised by Romita with possible Brodsky inks. Information provided and updated by Nick Caputo, July 2012. The original indexer credited John Tartaglione as inker. The original, uncensored, cover can be seen in the bonus features section of X-Men Omnibus, The (Marvel, 2009 series) #2.
