Story Featuring Kid Colt
Kid Colt helps a stranded alien creature who's ship has crashed on Earth.
A doctor's philosophy of looking for the potential in everyone is born out when his inexperienced ranch hand turns out to be a gifted rider.
Text story with illustration. First page is located between pages 5 and 6 of the previous story sequence. Second page sits between two ad pages, themselves between the comic stories “Thundering Hoofs!” and “Doom Around the Bend!”.
Blaine doesn't want to fight a braggart, but has to in order to protect others from him.
This story is inconsistent with Kid Colt's origin, in which his skill with a gun is a secret.
Utah Smith faces wolves, Indians and robbers while delivering mail for the Pony Express.
Title is incorrectly lettered as "Hoofs" instead of "Hooves".
Kid Colt tries to warn a train about a trestle that the Apache have weakened.
