Five Leaguers are placed on trial in the UN World Court for the illegal detention of Ultraa (which took place in issue #158). However, Ultraa discovers that his attorney is an alien attempting to cause a distraction while his fellow aliens carry out a plot which is causing riots and unnatural environmental disturbances.
