Story Featuring Justice League
Green Arrow and Black Canary are attacked by the Star-Tsar, and Dinah is seriously injured. Snapper Carr tells the Justice League that his Star-Tsar costume was stolen and that identity has now been assumed by astronomer Richard Rigel. After Rigel is captured by the League, Green Arrow resigns from the team.
