"Holy Hannah! How do I save Green Lantern from bein' strangled by his own power ring?"
Green Lantern's ring forms a noose around his own neck.

Hector Hammond has escaped from prison by mentally convincing others to parole him and set up a shell corporation and religious cult to work from. Green Lantern and Green Arrow stumble on his network, run by Bill Baggett, and capture Hammond.
