Storyline

Batman searches for Dr. Thompkins, who has been kidnapped along with the pregnant woman she was treating for a gunshot wound. Batman discovers that Mr. Freeze is supplying weapons to gangs to help a mysterious third party gain control of the section of Gotham known as "The Hills".

Storyline

The Tailor meets with a member of his old team, Mayhem, to discuss the misunderstanding surrounding the failure of the team's final heist. The Tailor, being the only member that escaped, tries to explain that he did not make it away with the money, as three other members of the team are released from prison and regroup in Gotham.
