Storyline: Preview of first story in issue.

Storyline: Whit and Zane Reagan save Bill Longley's life after a trail accident. Longley finds the two are on the run after being accused of murder when they shot back in self-defense in an ambush. Longley knows the father of the accuser, B.J. Weston, from his service in the Civil War, and goes to talk with him to find out the truth.

Storyline: Gunman Mark Danson is on his way to Fury Falls to have a shootout with the sheriff for jailing his brother. The townspeople ask Bill Longley for help because the sheriff's vision is failing and he is too proud to step down or ask for help.
