Prince Conn, disillusioned with his father after meeting his half-brother, Kang Sho, decides to settle in Paikang. He marries Li-Tan, the Khitai maiden he rescued, and suffers from dreams about his father's unfaithfulness to Zenobia with Kang Lou-Dze, who later gave birth to Kang Sho. With war looming, the villagers are forced to flee Paikang. Conn has dream sequence conversations with both his mother and father, and later decides to join with other Paikang warriors to fight in the upcoming war.

Story Notes

This is the last installment of the Prince Conn series. The Prince Conn stories run along side the Conan the King stories to show what each is doing after they have been separated.
