Storyline
Barry Allen finds himself appointed to be the bodyguard to Ayesha, a beautiful visiting dignitary, and the surrounding publicity attracts the attention of Captain Cold. The infatuated villain begins an extended rivalry with the Flash, using all his various super-cold maneuvers to get closer to Ayesha.
