Story Featuring Tomahawk
Tomahawk and the Rangers are shocked to learn that the giant ape King Colosso is still alive and seems to be menacing an unconscious boy.
King Colosso previously appeared in issue #86.
Young Teddy Adams has actually befriended King Colosso and agrees to let him help Tomahawk fight the British, but the redcoats have a giant creature of their own, a dinosaur that they have freed from frozen suspended animation. The monsters fight, and King Colosso wins.
A lightning strike robs Tomahawk of the ability to hear just before he embarks on a secret solo mission. He can read lips, but that won't help him against the many dangers along his path.
