Cover inks credits of Heck with Hartley alterations is from Nick Caputo via the GCD Error List (1 November 2006); the original indexer credited George Roussos. As reported by John Kerper in 2023, The Kirby Checklist claims this is Steve Ditko inks, which he agrees with. However, Mike Voiles' website "Mike's Amazing World" lists inks by Don Heck, though the interior story is listed as Ditko.
