Inks credit from Pat Lang and Craig Delich. Bob Klein and Gene Reed say Charles Paris inks. First and only appearance of the 2nd Crimson Avenger. His predecessor (Lee Walter Travis) debuted in Detective Comics (DC, 1937 series) #20. Interestingly, Crimson Avenger states that he has taken the name of a former lawman, presumably the 1930's version.
