Storyline: Ruff and Reddy are in the desert of Arvania following a map which is supposed to lead them to the lost city of Bagdaddy-O. A sandstorm uncovers the lost city and Ruff finds a lamp containing a "teeny genie," who's still learning how to control his powers.
