Story featuring Big Spike and Little Tyke
Storyline: Facsimile of Distinguished Achievement Award given Dell publisher George T. Delacorte, Jr. by Newsdealers Post Number 1169, American Legion, on November 14, 1954.
Storyline: Spike is trying to set a good example for Tyke, but is frustrated by his neighbor McTavish's secretive actions.
Storyline: Spike tries to use ingenuity to help Tyke move rocks, but ends up making the job more work than it was before.
Storyline: Tyke goes hunting Indians in the forest. Spike dresses up as an Indian to play along with the game.
Storyline: Spike and Tyke get Snowball the cat to carry their picnic basket to the park, but find that the park doesn't allow dogs. They try to find a way to get their basket of food back before Snowball eats it all.
Storyline: Spike is tired, but takes Tyke to the zoo anyway.
Storyline: Tyke pretends to be a bird dog and a poodle.
