Storyline: When Rootie's clubhouse is blown down by a windstorm, the club members decide to rebuild it bigger and better than before. Their rivals, the Tough Guys Club, don't want the new clubhouse to be better than theirs, so they threaten to tear down any clubhouse Rootie's club builds.

Storyline: Dottie is hitchhiking on a sidewalk, but the only one who'll stop is Rootie. She ends up pushing Rootie in his soapbox racecar (and swearing (!X*@!x!) in a most unladylike manner.)
