Storyline: Veronica's Uncle Bumble has the hiccups. The girls try to frighten him with a bearskin rug, it scares him but doesn't cure the hiccups. Suddenly, a real tiger appears and Uncle Bumble swats at its face and attempts to put his head in the tiger's mouth, thinking it's the girls again. When Veronica reappears and he realizes the tiger is real, he runs through the wall.

Storyline: Archie throws a sword at Jughead who's reading Treasure Island in his attic. Startled, Jug flees, only to step on a skate, hit his head on a beam and get knocked out. Unconscious, he dreams Archie is an evil pirate who hangs him by his thumbs and tries to feed him to the sharks. Until Archie throws a bucket of water on him, to bring him around.
