Wisconsin has a law making it illegal to wear a Naval uniform. Triadelphia, WV once forbid you to roll a hoop in the city limits.

Storyline

Jones goes to Lavonia to return an ancient ring to King Leo. But a lightning bolt prevents Manhunter from returning to his earth identity and Jones is accused of stealing the ring.
