His brain enlarged by a freak accident, Prof Hugo attacks Batman with invisible robots.
Writer credit from Martin O'Hearn at http://martinohearn.blogspot.com/. Mention that Bruce's ancestor Lancelot, tried to glide using a bat wing model. All of Hugo's subsequent appearances are as a Martian Manhunter villain.
