Storyline

Reaction to Firestorm's threat to detonate a nuclear missile in the United States and in Russia if the two sides didn't immediately disarm their nuclear stockpiles elicits various reactions from members of the superhero community. President Reagan orders Captain Atom to attempt to capture Firestorm but Captain Atom is unsuccessful.
