Storyline

Booster searches for a rogue scientist who has engineered a deadly plague that he plans to unleash to kill a large percentage of the world's population. Complicating matters is that the scientist has duped well-meaning Hawk into helping him, while Cheshire has been hired to steal the plague for use by Russian agents.
