A snow removal company buries Bugs' rabbit hole under tons of snow. Upon investigation, Bugs find the company's owner is working on an invention that will vaporize snow, only to have it fall again in 24 hours so he will be paid to remove it again.

Cicero's current hero is "Superbill" a super-powered bull who is the hero of a TV series. Porky dresses up in mask and cape as "Superham" and accidently foils a burglar.
