Prehistoric Island!

Storyline: During World War 2, an American fighter pilot is shot down by the Japanese but gets rescued by winged humans who take them to their island. The island is populated with Dinosaurs and the winged men explain that heat from the nearby volcanoes has preserved prehistoric life on this island and caused their people to take a different evolutionary path from the rest of humanity (hence the wings). The winged men help the pilot defeat a Japanese naval force but their island gets destroyed as a result and they are wiped out.

As he enters the forest, he is attacked by American Indians who plan on burning him alive after binding him to a stake. He is rescued by their noble chief, Chief Manyfingers, so named because he has six fingers on each hand. The man wakes up and believes he dreamed the whole ordeal, until back at the lodge he sees a painting of Chief Manyfingers with an image of him tied to a stake behind him!
