Cover art information provided 2006 by Nick Caputo, who explained: "I had the chance to observe this cover up close and the majority of the cover was covered by a stat with art by John Romita. The top part featuring the Surfer and Galactus is part of the original by John Buscema, with the Torch, Thing and Mr. Fantastic pasted over Buscema's art."
