Writer credit by Bob Hughes. Sea Chase is a parody of TV series Sea Hunt. The episode Lost Ocean was inspired by the film "The Lost World". The prop monsters used in the episode are a three-headed Brontosaurus, a spine covered swordfish, and a monster whale (which malfunctions and Aquaman needs to short circuit with electric eels). The actual monster they encounter is a giant sea-centipede. This month Aquaman would also appear in Showcase #30 and Action Comics #272. Aquaman doesn't appear in the next issue but returns in #282.
