Story Featuring Fantastic Four
"Midnight in Manhattan: All the lonely people..."
The team returns to Attilan with Quicksilver to confront Xemu's fifth dimension invasion. One by one, the Inhuman royal family escape their captors and regroup to stop Xemu from instigating an atomic war between China and the US.
Panels 3-9 on page 16 and panels 1 and 2 on page 17 are drawn by John Romita and Mike Esposito. This story was originally prepared for Giant-Size Fantastic Four but when the title was cancelled it was scheduled for the monthly title. This is likely why additional art/panels were added.
