While speculating on what Earth will do when radioactive waste accumulates to the point that it begins to contaminate the Earth, an alien from another dimension dumps radioactive waste water into our oceans.
Science Fiction writer Gregory Farmer has a meeting with his editor Julian Sloan to discuss story ideas. After Gregory sells an idea to his editor, the same thing happens in real life. With Earth endangered, the people turn to the writer for his solution to the predicament, but he has disappeared.
A pair of aliens are captured at the North Pole. Since they won't talk about their mission, scientists start to analyze some of the devices in their ship.
