Barney fears that Fuzzy and Wuzzy are building a rocket ship to fly to the moon, but he is hampered by listening to a radio child psychologist who insists that "The wise parent will not interfere with his child's efforts to explore the great unknown!"

Story reads like Michael Maltese. Especially so as, about this time, he was writing Augie Doggie for television and contributing scripts to Western Publishing. Similar to an Augie Doggie cartoon.
