Storyline
Pied Piper is charging his Sonic Boomatron to battle the Flash. Marcy Dunphy has discovered that the Pied Piper is not Henry Darrow but actually Hartley Rathaway, the son of the ultra-rich Hazel and Osgood Rathaway.
