Storyline
Under a Kryptonite "spell" from Krypto, Superboy mysteriously gives different super powers to various boys in Smallville, with mixed results. Lana Lang tricks him into giving her super-speed but keeps setting herself afire!

Storyline
An escaped convict finds himself immune to electric shock. During storms at sea, the "Electric Man" gathers lightning bolts to rob ships. Aquaman is helpless to stop him until he remembers a particular cargo of rubber that allows him and Topo to defeat the villain.

Storyline
Green Arrow and Speedy land in a remote valley that is still occupied by Sioux Indian warriors. The conniving chief and medicine man manufacture a fake "legend" to retain power, but GA's trick arrows win the day and liberate the tribe.
