Story featuring Jimmy Olsen

Storyline: Professor Potter accidentally slips Jimmy a "Pinocchio Legend" formula intended as a lie detector. It works, making Jimmy's nose grow - and grow and grow - whenever he tells a lie. He discovers "telescopic smell" and sniffs out a fire across town, then blows away a crook with a super sneeze. Lois, meanwhile, slips Clark the "perfume" to check if he's really Superman - and Clark's nose also grows!

The Rock 'n' Roll Superman

Story featuring Jimmy Olsen

Storyline: Jimmy's cousin Jerry is the famous "Rock 'N' Roll Olsen", but is down with chicken pox and must cancel his concerts. Jimmy agrees to disguise and lip-sync to a tape recorder hidden in his guitar. But the recorder triggers his signal watch and makes Superman dance rock'n'roll across town. Superman fouls up a charity ball, gets thrown out of a girl's calisthenics class, and can't catch "The Earl" and his gang from committing robberies. And he's lost his dignity!

The Jimmy Olsen from Jupiter

Story featuring Jimmy Olsen

Storyline: Jimmy agrees to be a test subject for a week for men from Jupiter. He is granted the ability to read minds, but is also turned into a green, scaly Jovian. He uses his abilities to compete for the Newsman of the Year, though he covers his appearance. Between scoops, Jimmy reads Clark Kent's mind and "hears" him think that he is Superman. Jimmy’s rival Vince Regan plans to expose Jimmy at the ceremony, but luckily a Jovian week is equal to 5 Earth days, and Jimmy has reverted to his old self by then. The Jovians declare the experiment a success and help Superman preserve his secret identity.
