Story featuring Spider-Man

Storyline: Spider-Man concludes his battle with Iron Man and escapes into the sewers. Peter moves Aunt May and Mary Jane into a seedy motel to hide them from the Civil War conflict and then goes on national TV and declares that he made the wrong choice regarding superhuman registration. Iron Man isn't pleased.
