Bruce and Dick visit an amusement park owned and operated by a friend of theirs, but when the Colonel brushes off his old friends, Batman and Robin smell a rat and discover that some crooks have taken over the amusement park.
Artist Kane failed to put the bat on Batman's chest in many panels.
The Tonville Dam has been sabotaged.
