Storyline

Peter creates a formula which disintegrates matter. He considers using it but after seeing spectral figures from the future who wish to stop him from unleashing its power, he realizes he must hold back his discovery.

Eliot creates a robot double so he has a perfect alibi for crimes, but repents the decision and tells the robot to destroy itself. Eliot settles into a law-abiding career but the robot resurfaces, committing crimes. Eliot destroys it and clears his name.

Earth surrounds itself with a fog to wards off invaders from Xanu. Karall stops them by opening a portion of the fog, causing them to crash into the North Atlantic Ocean.

Annoyed at the attention Bud gets from Joyce, Perry tries to trick Bud into thinking they've both been asleep for 20 years like Rip Van Winkle. However, it actually transpires that Perry sleeps for 20 years and awakens to find Bud and Joyce got married.
