A land dealer fools a tenderfoot into buying worthless land, but is given his comeuppance when the tenderfoot finds oil on the land.

Battle With Hurons

Story Featuring Young Hawk

"This is the island where I live, Young Hawk!"

Storyline

After rescuing a young boy from the lake, Young Hawk, Little Buck, and Strong Eagle take him to his Chippewa village. A Huron war party attacks but is defeated. In the battle Strong Eagle is badly injured. He recovers but decides to stay with the Chippewa because of his injuries.
