In New England winter, Danny encourages a female friend to compete in an ice-skating competition. But skiing, she vanishes. Rex searches alone and finds her trapped under a boulder. Rex learns to ski and brings help. The girl gets the courage to compete and is crowned "Ice Queen of Storm Mountain!"
