Story Notes
Parody intended for Flip #3. Howard Nostrand reports in Squa Tront #13 (2012) that this story was written by Nat Barnett. Previous indexer wrote that this is a parody of the movie "Shane" but it is actually a parody of "Come Back, Little Sheba," a 1952 film based on a 1950 play.

Characters
- Rudy
- Slug
- Punchy

Story Notes
In the final scene, Punchy is implicitly using his crooked ex-manager as a punching bag. The penultimate panel is blank, presumably a victim of the anti-comics hearings then being waged.
