The Vrangs locate the ruins of Argo City and learn that two Kryptonians still exist. The Phantom Zone villains find another bit of Jewel Kryptonite and use it to escape the Phantom Zone. Later, Lois and Clark separately investigate a self-defense class and a street patrol gang that has gotten some hi-tech help.
