The Joker's Journal!
Storyline: After being forced to run the prison newspaper, the Joker escapes from jail and decides to run his own newspaper for criminals, including tips on committing crimes. Batman goes undercover to join Joker's newspaper to get the goods on criminals who have eluded the law.
