Storyline

Holding Xavier responsible for the death of his little sister, Colossus stays in Russia and becomes a core member of the Soviet Super Soldiers. The Soldiers are sent to America to help the X-Men battle Proteus, who has possessed Phoenix. Putting his differences with Charles aside, Colossus and Xavier make a sacrifice play to stop the mind-bending power of Proteus forever.
