Storyline

Batman and Robin encounter the Executioner, a bounty hunter who kills criminals with a bounty on their head who are wanted dead or alive. However, as they try to determine his identity, Batman discovers the Executioner is also playing a role in helping criminals escape from prison in order to collect the bounty on them.
